Return and Refund Policy

At theheelsecret.store, operated by Alpha 1st LLC, we accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with any included tags, accessories, and packaging. An order number or other proof of purchase is required.

These conditions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

How to Request a Return

Email 1mr.gerok@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number.

• The item you wish to return.

• The reason for your return.

• Photos, where relevant, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

Please contact us before shipping your return. The business address listed below is not a return address unless we confirm it in your instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.

If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover any necessary return shipping costs and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns you arrange yourself.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. Photos may help us resolve your request, but we will work with you if you cannot provide them.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If we decline a refund, we will explain the reason.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact 1mr.gerok@gmail.com.

No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact us to arrange a return. You may place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to availability.

Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered fulfillment, we will cancel it and refund your payment.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
